Sydney's DAs lodged this week

49 development applications were lodged in Sydney in the week to 29 Oct, led by Northern Beaches Council with 6, the largest by size being the $60.4m, 191 dwellings, 13 storeys proposal at 12 Mount Street North Sydney 2060. Why it matters

A lodged application is a proposal, not an approval, but it is the earliest public signal of what is coming through Sydney’s pipeline: which councils are busiest, which developers are moving, and what kind of stock is being proposed before a single approval or marketing campaign exists.
