Jason Grasso leads Spectre Property, a commercial and industrial developer that began with a 13-lot project in 2020. Its portfolio now covers 11 projects in Victoria and Queensland, with about $400 million in active projects across eight developments, and its largest, Found Braeside, is valued at about $145 million. Spectre sells individual commercial and industrial lots to owner-occupiers and private investors, including through self-managed super funds.
