What’s next
Monday, open each impact assessable record and check whether it shows “Make a Submission”. Where it does, public notification and submissions are possible. Code assessable applications have no submission window. Neighbouring owners and competing sites near Eagle St, Newstead and Kangaroo Point should read the proposed use before the notification period starts. Scale will emerge when plans are published. See the Queensland hub for related coverage.
