Andrews opens finished Cascade Robina units, from $1.21m
Andrews says completed apartments at Cascade Robina start from $1.21 million, pitched at close to $10,000 per sqm across a 229-residence community.
Gold Coast developer and builder Andrews has opened completed apartments at Cascade Robina for inspection, with prices from $1.21 million. The company says it is selling at close to $10,000 per sqm across a 229-residence community.
For agents and investors, the pitch is finished stock, not a render. Buyers can walk through the apartment they would own, and there is no construction wait.
Why it matters
Completed apartments change the sale. Off-the-plan buyers commit to a floorplan and a delivery date. Buyers at Cascade can inspect the real unit, finishes and grounds before they sign.
Andrews general manager Sarah Andrews told News Corp’s realestate.com.au that value has become more important to buyers. “Buyers are looking much more closely at what they actually get for their money,” she said.
The launch report also pitches the pricing at close to half the level of comparable Gold Coast precincts. That is a marketing claim. The report does not name the precincts or give the comparison figures, and we have not verified it.
Andrews describes Cascade as a permanent residential community. Airbnb and other short-term letting are not permitted, according to the report. Investors who rely on holiday rental income should read that line closely.
Andrews also pitches the location: on-site amenities downstairs, close to the infrastructure people rely on every day. The report does not name that nearby infrastructure. Andrews both develops and builds Cascade, so one company carries design, delivery and sales.
The numbers
All figures below come from the realestate.com.au report, first published on 13 October 2026, and are Andrews’s own claims.
- Residences: 229.
- Entry price: from $1.21 million.
- Price point: close to $10,000 per sqm.
- Grounds: more than two acres of landscaped grounds and open space.
- Amenities: a 25 m magnesium pool and spa, sauna, steam room, cold plunge and a 180 sqm Technogym fitness centre.
- Also on site: poolside sun lounges, an onsite cafe, secure parking and onsite management. The community is pet friendly.
As a rough check, our own arithmetic: $1.21 million at $10,000 per sqm implies an apartment of about 121 sqm. The report does not give apartment sizes, so treat that as an illustration only.
The report does not say how many of the 229 residences have sold or how many are still available. It also gives no completion date or settlement timing. We could not find a City of Gold Coast development approval record for the project in this run, so we add no council fact here.
What’s next
Andrews is holding a Spring Open Day at 116 Laver Drive, Robina, on 17 and 18 October, from 10am to 2pm.
The open day will show how buyers respond to completed stock at this price. Sales numbers, if Andrews releases them, would show whether the value pitch is working.
Developers with unsold stock elsewhere on the coast will be watching the same thing. A finished-product, lower price-per-sqm approach is a direct alternative to selling off the plan at higher rates.
